The Practice also benefits from having several other GP's work sessions for us in different capacities.
We are also an accredited training and teaching practice. We train GP Registrars in the final years of their GP training.
From time to time the practice also provides tuition for medical students undergoing their GP attachment in the surgery. They will on occasions be sitting in with the GP's to observe consultations. Patients have the right to refuse a consultation in the presence of a student but we encourage inclusion as it is a necessary aspect of a student’s training.
